In this agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

5.1 Red Rover Limited may without notice suspend the Site or disconnect or deny you access to any part of the Site:

10.1 Without prejudice to any other rights Red Rover Limited may have under this Agreement or at law or in equity, Red Rover Limited may terminate this Agreement at any time.

You cannot assign your rights under this agreement without the prior written consent of Red Rover Limited.
